Light Play
the play of light, casting shadows, dappling, patterns; coalescing to become light play. A gentle play, a little playfulness: serious work with playful compositions like light dappling. A loosening of space; the interaction between the art work space and work areas. The exhibition was hung and curated as we observed the interaction between the art pieces. We applied playful, experimental collaborations to works and styles, encouraging natural interaction between styles and media.
The show consists of paintings, sculpture, print, video, photography, mobiles, haiku, music and books and runs until the 31st August.
Light Play is a new exhibition by Marie Cullen, Dubhaltach Ó Colmáin, Jan Hodina and Paul Ó Colmáin.
