We were delighted to welcome Noel King, editor, publisher, teacher and most particularly, poet. Much-published poet. In fact, Noel has had over 1,100 poems published, no mean feat. An appreciative audience braved the torrential rain that earlier had swamped Outer Space, and were treated to a bravura performance of wonderful poems, wonderfully read and performed. A short story collection, The Key Signature & Other Stories will be published in 2016.
We had music, as always and were joined by local box player, Danny, who gave a few waltzes. Thank you Danny. Thanks also to the marvellous Noel King, to all who came along and to Jo Killeen and James for photos and videos (more of the latter later!).
