James Harpur & Paul Ó Colmáin: dual (poetry) book launch. Introduction by poet, Brendan McCormack. 4 August 2018
Aosdána member and leading poet, James Harpur, launched his sixth book, The White Silhouette (Carcanet) an Irish Times Book of the Year alongside debutant poet, Paul Ó Colmáin, who was launching his book of haiku and tanka, The Silence Unravelling (Eblana Press).
A packed 49, North St. thoroughly enjoyed the readings and poet and activist, Brendan McCormick’s incisive and articulate introductory talk.
The pair are collaborating on a new limited edition folio book featuring poems of James and wood engravings by Paul. They hope to launch it in 2020.
